3.1 Framer (Hosting Provider)
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Framer provides the technical infrastructure required to display and operate the website.

Contact form submissions may be processed through Framer and delivered to our business email systems.
Your data will be stored only for as long as necessary to process your request and any follow-up correspondence. If your inquiry leads to a contractual relationship, statutory retention periods may apply. Otherwise, we delete your data once it is no longer needed, typically within 12 months after your last communication with us.
5. Google Calendar and Google Meet Appointment Scheduling
Our website includes a booking link that allows you to schedule appointments via Google Calendar. When you use this feature, you interact directly with Google’s scheduling service. The booking is added to the calendar of the relevant Linexa contact. We do not route booking data from this scheduling process into a CRM system.
The following data may be collected and processed by Google:
name,
email address,
date and time of the selected appointment,
any additional information you provide in the booking form,
technical data generated when using Google’s scheduling service.
If a Google Meet link is generated for the meeting, the relevant meeting information is also processed for that purpose.
This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate transfer mechanisms, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
We receive the booking details in order to conduct the scheduled meeting. The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the appointment relates to pre-contractual or contractual communication, and otherwise on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is offering a convenient scheduling option.

6. Web Fonts
This website uses web fonts to ensure a consistent visual presentation.
Based on the current website configuration, fonts are served locally or through the website platform and are not loaded from external Google Fonts servers when a visitor accesses the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a consistent and visually appropriate presentation of our website.
If the font configuration changes and fonts are loaded from external third-party font servers, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
